• 30-minute phone or online video consultation to clarify your unique location and property desires and requirements.
   

• Assistance identifying available properties to scout.
  We will provide a customized list of up to ten (10) properties based on your defined requirements. Assist in identifying up to three (3) properties for on-site visits.
   

• Recommend accommodation options for your scouting trip.
  We help you locate suitable accommodation for your stay that aims to have similar location and, where possible, a similar style to the interests you have expressed for your property.
   

• Guidance on travel logistics options from the airport to your accommodation.
   

• Transportation to chaperoned on-site visits to identified properties.
  We will provide the transportation and tag along to facilitate your tour of chosen properties to help you get the most out of your property scouting trip. We can accommodate up to 3 passengers for property tours within the Beira Baixa region.
   

• Video documentation of your on-site property tours.
  We will document your property tours with video  to help you get the most out of your property scouting trip. You focus on the visit and have something to review later before making any purchase decisions.
   

• Basic bureaucracy guidance (NIF* acquisition, bank account and visa pointers).
  We provide guidance on the bureaucracy of how to get the necessary accounts and documents to be able to purchase a property such as a Portuguese tax ID, bank account and various visa paths.   *NIF = Número de Identificação Fiscal, the tax identification number used in Portugal for various legal and financial activities.
   

• Cultural Integration Pointers.
  The Portuguese people and their culture are one of the main selling points for your Portugal property dream. We go over the more nuanced aspects of what to expect and how to integrate into the culture
   

• Tips on things to see and do during your stay to get to know the Beira Beixa region.
  There are numerous natural, cultural, religious, and historic locations and activities that will give you a better feel for the general area around the property locations you are considering. From Neolithic, Visigothic and Roman sites and structures, to medieval and Knights Templar cathedrals, churches and castles, ancient cities and villages proudly living their history with modern day amenities, and the mountains, rivers, lakes and farm land stretching away to the Spanish border - so many rich experiences unique to Central Portugal. You’ll come for the sights, but it’s the warmth of the Portuguese people and culture that will make you stay.
   

• General Contractor Consultation to determine renovation requirements and high-level budget estimation.
  We facilitate an on-site consultation with a General Contractor during your property tour to review and discuss requirements, timelines, and high-level budget estimates for renovations and upgrades.
   

• Help identifying a qualified Portuguese attorney for the purchase process.
  We help you to identify an attorney to evaluate the status of the property documentation (e.g. cleared property title, properly registered as an urban article for legal habitation, etc.) and to represent you during your property offer and purchase process.
   

• Buyer Consultations (up to two 30-minute online calls) during property offer and purchase discussions and negotiations to act as a sounding board.
   

• Self-Contained. Off-Grid. Unconfined.  
  Comprehensive review of our container home design options and ready-to-go units.
  We will present the design styles and floor plan options available in our in-house designed and built container homes. And we will provide a review of any available pre-built units that are  ready for delivery to your property.
   

• A newly-built container home designed for a modern off-grid, sustainable lifestyle.
   

• Property/site preparation  and establishment of a proper foundation for your new dwelling.
  We will work with you to determine a suitable location on your property, and any clearing and grading that may be necessary before preparing the foundation required to securely place your new dwelling.
   

• Delivery and setup of your new dwelling.
  We'll facilitate delivery of your new dwelling from our factory to your property, place it on the prepared foundation, and ensure all of the services are connected and working properly.
